    Hi there:

    I have two property that are neg geared and would like to wrap one.

    If it works well, I would like to do it again. And again. etc.

    But I need some initial help, suggestions and resources.

    I would like to meet up with a person who has done this already to discuss resources such
    as accountants, lawyers, financiers etc.

    Any help appreciated.

    I work in Brisbane City, so if we can meet during the day, I’ll shout coffee!
    (Maybe even lunch, if the advice is good!)
