Hello all, I was asked this question by a friend and arent sure how to reply.
Question:
He would like access to around $3000 for some home renovations. He currently has a home loan $20,000 in equity and an additional loan with around $5000 in equity.
With this limited information, what do you think is the best way to obtain the extra funds without having to pay any setup fees/costs?
