What is the going rate for commercial property managers? I have a meeting with mine on monday,and I have told them they need to look at the rate they want to charge me as they didn’t achieve the metre rate that they promised.So I was just wondering what others are paying so i know what I should accept.I need to know both leasing fee and monthly management fee.

Rang 2 commercial property managers ( not RE agents) and was quoted 4% and 5%,considerably cheaper than the 7.5 I now pay.
