    My first IP will settle in NZ in two weeks. I’m wondering does anyone know a good landlord and building insurance for NZ? Or have anyone use an insurance broker before and what are your experince with them?

    Hi Joseph,

    I have IP’s in NZ and I got my building insurance quotes through Kelly Bradley @ AON New Zealand.

    She worked well to my deadlines, some were VERY short deadlines, and has been very professional and couteous.

    Her contact number is 06 759 0378. AON is based in New Plymouth.
