    I am looking for a formula in spreadsheet format to calculate my tax. I have 2 +cashflow properties in NZ and want to minimise the tax I will have to pay. If I had a good formula I could predict future figures and project my end of year tax.

    I would have a go at it myself but I am not too sure about all the catches ie CGT.
