    Ladies and Gentlemen,

A quick question the house that I am purchasing is currently in a run down state but tenanted, is there a guideline or requirement for landlords to maintain a certain standard of housing for tenants? i.e. do safety switches need to be installed, do smoke detectors need to be installed

    Cheers

    Pete
