    My first Q for Peter- How I do feel honoured!

    On the other forum, a very positive review was made of your course (which I will be doing right after I tie up a prop with an option!). Well priced, excellent info.

    They posted

    *Low risk 20% Small residential
    *Medium risk 35% Commercial or residential with more than two levels.
    *High risk 50%+ Land subdivision.

    My area that I am looking into is in subdivision of land, (not in rezoning/ turning cow paddocks into massive planned communities) in a small kind of way- ie an acre of res 2a subdivided into 4*1/4 acre blocks.

    Would you class my subdivision as low risk (as I think it should be), or high risk, needing a 50%+ prof. margin. If so, what sort of projects would be requiring a higher prof. margin?
