    I’ve just come across a little cracker….a 3 brm house and a new 2 brm unit on about 850 m2 corner block. The rental return would be 6.2 – 6.4%…in an area that is set to boom in the next few years when the new freeway is completed…….only problem is the second dwelling is classified as “dependant relative unit”…I don’t think I like the sound of this….anyone knows if there is a way to make the council change this and how much would it cost?
