    Hi Guys

    Can anyone please advise me the step by step procedure involved in subdivision of land?

    How much approximately it cost from land surveying upto finally getting DA approval from local council.

    I have land size of 1220Sq mtr.

    I am getting proposal of about 30Ks and I think its very very high.

    Is there any development seminar in Sydney?
