    Hi,

    Looking at a block of land 3,000 SM elevated with bay and bush views for a hold and sell after a short period of time.

    Could anyone advise me on values,and the state of the market, up or falling, etc.

    Any comments appreciated.

    If I were you I’d be doing some more homework…

    Specifically: “..on values,and the state of the market, up or falling, etc”
