Hi guys,I am new to investing in property,and I have read most of Steve’s book,which clearly advocates the purchase of the positive cashflw concept.However,this was written early in our recent property boom,when rural(and other property was much cheaper).Where do I go for these deals now,and do they still exist in relative abundance??.I have just sold some property and done fairly well(suprise,suprise!),so am VERY keen to go again big time.I would really appreciate any tips as to where best to look,and where to start.
