Hi All
Reading Steve’s book at present, done some research for +CF properties, and while I haven’t exhausted every corner of Aus, feel a little disheartened as haven’t yet found one. What is the general consensus with Aus, should I simply move to looking in NZ?

First of all, welcome cwi485049! There are properties still available if you look hard enough. If you do a search, you will find very similar threads asking the same question as you. More answers will be forthcoming there.
Also, as you will find out from reading here, not everyone is focussed on positive cashflow, capital growth also rates a mention.
