availablenope – but I think the concept is great. Tilt concrete could be an option for something like this, though I have had previous disappointment in the cost saving potential of tilt.

Hi John,
Thanks for the reply,I think it could be the cheapest way to get something CF+ straight away, particulaly in regional cities, what were the problems you had with Tilt? from the sound of it no great cost savings.

availableI’ve always been a fan of properties located in the mall – in my case Launceston. They have long term tenants etc. How is Devonport for commercial?
The Mall in Devonport is always very tightly held
vacancies fill quickly, usually property rarely comes available, and I have a list of prospective puchasers waiting for property there.
yeilds generally around 8% but nothing has sold recently to test that. Devonport is experiencing strong commercial growth with the advent of the new Ferries.so property with strong tenants in prime positions would be good investments.

availableYeh Garry its too long ago to quote the excat numbers, but the builders werent keen to use it and the cost savings werent great. times may have changed but basically you needed to have long straight runs to make it worthwhile. you also have to make sure your electrical switches are located correctly as very difficult to chase it out later! for conjoined units i would definitely check it out though.
