WOW, I just received 0 to 130 Live CD Set. I’ve only just finished listening to the first CD but already it’s refreshed my mind on so many points regarding purchasing a property. I am in the process of due diligence of a property I was considering BUT having just listened to the first CD I’ve saved myself from buying into a bad deal! I highly recommend this Live Set for anyone – I can’t wait for my husband to hear it too. I attended Steve’s seminar BUT this brings it all back so much better than any set of notes can. Absolutely! It’s full of working examples for purchasing properties, graphs showing property trends, buying problems – finding solutions, negotiating, finance, to mention just a few differences.
The beauty of it is that you are getting it from the horses mouth (so to speak) live, with little pearls dropped in here and there that are not in the book. A book is always left open to your interpretation but I find that listening to it from Steve you get the full picture crystal clear.
I’m finding it to be an invaluable asset.[biggrin]
