Hi there, im fairly new to the whole concept of property investment, but am very eager to learn.
What i am wanting is to get in contact with any members who are experienced with developing in S.A, because i am in the process of negotiation for a block. On this block i intend to build units or the like, because there is a shortage of rentals in my area. any advice would be appreciated.
