    guys/girls,

    if i was to buy a house approx. 900sq m as PPOR, then subdivide the rear block with access via another street (corner block), would i have to pay CGT, either if i subdivide & sell within 12 months or after 12 months?

    note: i would not be getting any income from this at all in the way of rent etc. before or after subdividing & selling.
