All Topics / Value Adding / Best structure for developments
This is probably going to sound like a “how long is a piece of string” question, but what is the best structure for a development, ie pty ltd company, or a trust owned by a company?
If one was taking out options and selling them (under 12months, so that no half exemptions could apply to individual ownership), then would the structure be any different?
Every development is different and subject to many variables – speak with a qualified lawyer and accountant.
