All Topics / General Property / renting from the trust
Hey all,
Im not sure about whether or not this is legal, but i will ask the question anyway.
Is it possible to own a house though a trust and rent that same house from the trust? obviously there would be many tax benfits etc involved with doing this so I was wondering if there was some way of doing it.
Any information would be grealty appreciated.

Of course.
Do a search, there have been posts ont his a few times in the last few months. There is actually a tax ruling out on one aspect of this – the details are already posted somewhere.
