Can anyone suggest a WRAP SOLICITOR in Newcastle NSW ?
I am amazed at the members who haven’t done their homework.HOW ABOUT GIVING ME YOUR MONEY AND I’LL INVEST IT/WASTE IT FOR YOU.
I am also amazed at the members who don’t have 3 months mortgage payments in hand, in case they do a runner.
I’m into rent to own, bit like a wrap, doing my sixth deal this weekend. This way I get my profit back ended within 2 years. Don’t want to wait around 25 years. Might not live that long !
With my profit and my option fee, I can then go and buy 2 more houses to replace the one I just settled on.Hi Yesfella
