    Hi Phil

    i think if you do the sums again you will be shocked at how much these properties are negatively geared, they are no where near cash positive.

    also i think you have crossed the line as far as how much you can advertise on this forum, don’t be supprised if your post is gone very soon.

    Ahh I see, my apoligies to you all for the incovience, i must of missed the fine print, a good lesson to learn espeically in proeprty contracts,
    I have made a mistake and will move forward from this. Just thought i would try, just like making offers on proeprties, amazing how much you can save by just asking :)

    Phil,

    You can put your email address as a signature at the bottom of your posts, as many do here. There are abunch of people providing services on here. Just make sure you advertise your service at the bottom of your posts- not as content within the posts, and you’ll be right.
