Car Parks et al

Not a carpark but I looked at an ATM site recently for $115k (two ATM’s capacity), looked at the “projected” return of 7%, spoke to my accountant and solicitor and they suggested…forget it, are you guaranteed a positive return and what when you want to sell, will you realise the same amount.

Didn’t go ahead, and now have my money tucked away in the bank…slowly buying up more shares.
