Hi Everyone,
Since reading the book 0-130 properties, I have done nothing but look at properties and I am hoping to get a unit in Sunshine. The book has been the best investment of my life!
I had a look at some properties in Sunshine and surounding areas. The properties seem affordable though the rental income is not so high – around 5-6% return in most cases only around 5%.
I did a bit of research and the properties have doubled in the last 10 years.
Any advice?

Hi Rose, i grew up in Sunshine, there are heaps of really solid concrete MOH houses around. They are a bit too pricey for me but geez i wish i had bought my parents $60,000 house when they moved on 20 years ago….
What price range is your unit in?
