    i am in Uk and and the north of england is gone crazy over the last year particularly the cheaper end of the market whilst the south is now stagnating with a fall expected the the north there is still plenty of activity

    Rockhampton is still very competitive with the some of the highest rent yeilds in the country

    That sounds really interesting. What sort of figures are we talking? I’m asking because I already have an IP “down south” near where my parents live (I live in Oz). Any more info would be much appreciated.[suave]
