    Hello All,

    Can anyone please provide me with info on the following – or point me in the right direction so i can do the research. I currently reside in Japan and have had numerous inquiries from Japanese folk looking to purchase properties in Australia. Would really appreciate any assistance.

    1. What restrictions / special conditions (if any) are there that a Japanese person, looking to buy property in Australia, may have to overcome?

    2. Would any (or all) of these conditions change if the investor bought the property in partnership with an Australian citizen?
