    Dear All,

If you absolutely have 1 hour a day free, how would you use it effectively?

    Kind regards

    Exercise.

“Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a handsome and well preserved body, but better to skid in sideways, thoroughly used, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming . …… Hell, what a trip !!”

Sleep… no question about it. I’m still catching up on what the little kiddies robbed me of over the past four years or so.

    Cheers

    Yes, exercise.
It gives me more energy so I can do other things quicker and create more free time hehe.

Sonja, I know what you mean. With young children you can only think of one thing…sleep![sleepy2]
Sheesh it’s hard when the adorable anklebiters wake zombie up every 3 hours for milk, milk, and more milk![sleepy2]
Babies are cute and fun, but I’m glad they’re older now!

    Celivia,

I agreed because my missus have sleepless nearly every night. Keep waking up to check my daughter because she cry out at night most of the time. Where as me I sleep like pig.

    Kind regards

    Kay,

I am sure she can mix those medications correctly.

Yes I know I sleep a lot, it’s only take less than 5 minutes to go to sleep.

    Kind regards

I’d package up the extra hour in spiffy wrapping & give it to my over-worked sister.

She needs it far more than I do :)

I’d do the playing with kids thing, but only if my wife promised to use the free time it would give her for R & R, not to do housework! If not, then an hour of ironing (or something) for me so she can sit and knit.

    Regards

    Patrick

Ah, I don’t really need anyones hour.

Hey, with the right meditative state of mind, I should be able to drag out eternity in just one moment.

Each hour is precious, you might not get it back, so let everybody join their spare hours together with me in a universal quest to design and build for….HOVER SHOES.
