Buying Property in Arana Hills, Brisbane?

Has anyone brought in this area recently? Their is a older area in the heart of the area that seems to have some good prospects….like close to main shopping, transport & schools. With some houses with city views. Looking at a property in $270,000 – 275,000 but think the area could grow quickly even with market value. Has anyone else brought in this area ?
