    Hi all, currently doing a reno prior to getting my tenant.

    Is it a good idea to pay cash as I can make some substantial savings with the larger jobs.

    Can anyone clarify this issue in relation to CGT if I were to sell or any issues that I should be aware of in this scenario[biggrin]?
