    Hey

    Just wondering if any of you could recommend a broker or bank manager in NZ. I’m looking to purchase my first NZ property and need some direction on the finance side of the deal.

    Looking also the Wrap in NZ if any of you know if it is legal?

    try this guy for a mortgage, i rang him the other day and was very helpfull in answering my questions, etc. he’s in victoria but does NZ mortgaging.
