Have any people had experience in short term rentals in Perth??
Besides a furnished place what do you need to provide??
What sort of vacancies should I expect??
Do short stays provide bond or any thing like that??
Where are the popular places to get tenants from??Are there any legalities involved…Any one help appreciated…
