Firstly, let me say that in my short time using this site, I have gained a wealth of knowledge…thanks all who have aided me.

Now, yet another question. Does anyone have knowledge of banks or financial institutions that warm towards hybrid trusts seeking finance? I have come across morganbrooks direct (www.morganbrooks.com.au) that appear to have the product I am after. Any experience with this mob or other suggestions.

    Thanks in advance.

    Paul,
Most lenders don’t have a problem with Trusts, In some cases you may incur an extra $200 (approx) on application fees,

As to lenders and products, there are to many variables such as required loan amount, LVR, M.I, Location, Standard/Low Doc to name just a few, I suggest you talk to a couple of decent Brokers,
