    Hope someone can help. I am trying to secure a loan for a block of units. Problem is The bank wants to play but the morgtage insurer does not because the units are non strata. Does anyone know of a lender that maybe able to help.

    Yes, it will be hard to do with LMI approval, especially if there are more than 4 in the block (=more risk). tell us a bit more…
