    A segment on ACA tomorrow evening on Auctions- could be interesting- preview says about 5% of properties should be auctioned (presumably unique properties only in this market) and 95% to private treaty.

    Unique properties have a lower demand and hence should NOT be auctioned. Every property in demand should be auctioned.
