    Hi all
    I have just finished reading Steve’s book, which has completely changed my perspective on how to invest in properties. I have begin by setting a goal and finding a property within the next 30 days.
    Whilst I have just started I can already tell that this is going to be a difficult task.
    My investigations so far have lead me to NZ which has the types of properties that would provide a positive cashflow, but the obvious downside is that I have no knowledge of the market etc etc.
    I was wanting to get some feedback on the experiences on anyone who has invested in NZ.

    Castledreamer and Minimogul are both “on the ground” with their knowledge. Hell, I cant even pronounce some of the town names. Go email them and have a restful trip.

    Hi John

    there is a site called http://www.propertytalk.co.nz which is a NZ version of this place (but with more info- oops dare i say it).

    check it out, Muppet is a fantastic contact regarding the north Island. Very modest but he’s owned IP’s in NZ longer than the rest of us and lives in the north island.
