My Broker, social worker, advisor, political commentator and good friend! I never knew! Congratulations are in order. You do deserve all the appreciation and warm wishes from all on this site. As in a previous couple of posts that I replied to, I often didn’t mention that Steve has become my fairly recent Broker and for good reason. To reiterate, I had screened several Brokers and Steve spent a good 4-5 hours ‘actively’ listening to my financial situation re: IP. All the others couldn’t wait to give me the best rate to refinance to and give me an incentive commission kick back to boot! Steve was the only one who was not only genuinely concerned with how my refinance would influence my investing not just presently but more importantly, down the track for the long term and for this I thank you mate! Often if one wants to hear what someone is saying, then listen to what they are not saying. On this forum Steve you ‘actively listen’ by measuring and taking your time in the quality of your response, not just the quantity. All I can say is if I had three terrific Brokers/friends, you would be two of them!
