Am looking into a dual occ. I havent yet started getting costs.Can anyone give ball-park costings to build 1 or 2 standard units (say,10sq),given no “out-of-the-norm” costs??
Eg: legals $X, 10sq unit ,brick,$X, carport $X, etc,etc.
Also,any cost saving tips to do a dual occ? (any savings is a good thing![biggrin]Check out Homeworld, there are 2 storey dual occs priced at around $200,000 for both.They are project homes and are relatively cheap. Have a look at the Project builders in your state.
