Hi all,
Plenty of great opportunities out here, just wandering who is actually buying in WA.
I know there are plenty of you Eastern Staters buying up big. Just like to confirm if so, and the real estate agent not telling me porkies????

Why sell?[blink] I’m buying.
Live in WA and there are deals still around although hard to find.[jealous]
Just picked up 2 CF+ properties the other day. Another $700 per month in my pocket woo hoo.[lmao]

Slightly different strategy, build and sell. (build 2, sell 1 keep 1) take a profit, leverage it into some more property. Keeps debt level more managable.
Only my opinion…but seems to work so far..
