I’m getting finance in NZ for a purchase over there but the brokers and bank are unsure if they can lend to me via my Aus property Trust? They are seeking advice from their legal eagles.
Anyone here got suggestions or experience with this?

I may have to soon. I’ve given them til tomorrow to sort it out. I would have thought they just need the trustees as guarantors ??
Although I’m informed that plenty of others on this forum buy with Aus Property Trusts so I think the broker I’m dealing with is not very good.
