    Hi all,

    I am relatively new to this game, particularly sourcing the +ve cash flow properties. I live in Newcastle and regularly read through the local papers but find it very difficult to source properties that fit into the +ve gearing.

    I would like to contact an experienced local (Newcastle/Lake Macquarie) investor to discuss opportunities in this area. I would also like to seak someone who would be willing to provide support aa a mentor.

    Is this appropriate & if so is anyone interested ??
