I found this property in james st in Mackay QLD through Raine and Horne, it is very cheap, (105k)positively geared, in good condition and has long term tennants. I have heard that Mackay is a great area, should i buy this, or the real question is would some barstool here quickly call up and make an offer on this property before i was able too?
