just a quick question, at the moment im purchasing a property on an option, i was wondering if anybody knows of any good books or websites, that talk about purchasing property on an option? and that show other creative ideas.

As option contracts need to be tailored to a specific deal, I reckon the best info to get is from a good solicitor who has experience with option contracts.
Then again if you don’t want to pay $300 an hour probably best to look for a book, although I have never seen any on options for property.

There is/was an ebook called ‘Australian Lease Option Handbook’ or something similar. It sold for about $80 but looking on google one site says that it is no longer for sale as it is being revised.
I bought it about 18 months ago and found some good info in it.
