    Hi, [biggrin]
I need to renovate one of my properties fairly quickly. Its a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, townhouse in Melbourne. I am after a cosmetic renovation (everything including new kitchen, bathrooms etc), no structural work. I am after a company able to undertake the renovation on my behalf [angel]– someone who has the tradesmen available, and possibly someone on the team with interior design skills [suave](nothing out of the box — just some good advice). Can anyone recommend a company or a group of tradesmen [army], with the ability to keep to a schedule, finish on time, quality workmanship — and the key point — not too expensive. Any information would be really appreciated.

    thanks [cap]

    Hey DD
I didn’t say cheap in my post. [argue] I am quite prepared to pay the going rate for quality work. Let me know if you want to come down to melbourne and do the job yourself!!!!![winking]

    Elika

When do you need it done by and have a you estimate figure in mind.

You might want to PM / email me with the last bit.

Some of our trades guys might be interested in flying down from Qld and doing the job.

    Cheers Richard

You must love Richard, no two ways around it.
He has always a solution to offer.
Good on you Richard, certainly a quick renovation is worth a couple of hundreds in airfair and some money spent in renting some of the tools.

I will have to fly 1000k to a block of flats that needs one of thouse Mite 10 kit double carport. My RE agent cannot find one builder that has the time to put it up. I found one that quoted $1500 to send two apprendice to erect it for me as a favour. And that is LABOUR ONLY>

    Some favour!

    May God prosper you always.[biggrin]
    Marc
