    I have been approached to refurbish a building for a child care centre by a national group where can I get info on current commercial rental rates that childcare centres pay in the adelaide metro area.

    Try contacting some real estate agents and commercial valuers.

    Many valuations and sales of commercial properties will be based on the income streams so the information should be available.
