    I am so frustrated I could burst !

    I have been procrastinating for 4 years and now I finally have the courage to dive in and I’m more frustrated than ever.

    I want to follow the +CF approach but I’m buggered if I can find a +CF that seems to stack up.

    Can anyone recommend a reputable finder/spotter to help open my IP account, please !!!!

    I JUST WANT TO GET STARTED !!!!!!!!!

    Where are you looking to buy? Aus? Which state? Whats our budget and what are you looking for? I agree, at first it is liek that. Ive bought 5 Ips now aside from my PPOR and Ive learned a little bit about it.
