does anyone know if/how to srtucture lease options in South Australia?
by that i mean, is there a different way to structure a lease option on a property in S.A as compared to other states in Australia?
is it legal to do lease options in S.A.?
is there someone in Wollongong NSW (where i live) who would be good to talk to regarding lease options in S.A.?

L/Os are basically the same everywhere, you just have to have it drawn up so it’s more like a contract rather than a lease.
And it is not illegal to do L/Os in SA. It is however illegal to do wraps in SA (though the Gov. does them…). It is not illegal to wrap in any other state.
