Hi, I will be transferred to Sydney within the next six weeks.
My brother who allready lives in Sydney has found an older style unit for me to buy at Kingsford.
Even though I live in Queensland, seeing that
I shortly will be residing in Sydney (or Kingsford to be more precise) would it be easier allround for me to deal via a broker in Sydney ?Can anyone recommend a good one ?

Because of the proposed work transfer I will actually be moving to Sydney as early as this coming Sunday.
For the time I will be staying with my brother and his wife at Randwick which will enable me to formally O.K. the unit as well as attend to the paperwork.
