    Hi all,

    How do i become a spotter?
    I have the time and the ability.
    People have told me that it is illegal is this so?

    I think illegal is a little too strong.
    Certainly in some States you will need to be licensed – Qld is one of those.

    Suggets you check first with your States Office of Fair Trading.
