I am looking to buy a second investment property in the state of Victoria, does anyone know or heard of any areas that are up and comming, as I have been living overseas for the past five years and am moving back to Australia next year.

I suggest you tell us a little about the type of property you are after, whether or not you are a growth or income investor and so on so that any responses you get are more likely to be meaningful to you.

From a lot of posts it sounds like New Zealand may offer some great opportunitie (oxy moronic statement or not) I’m not judging. But next year may be a different question.
