    Hi all.

    I have found a property containing 3 units on the same title and am unsure on costs involed in strata titling in W.A. Can anybody give me an indication on what is required.

    Property almost covers mortgage borrowing 100% theory is to strata units, sell 1, keep 2 & make them cashflow +ve with profits.

    Am I on the right track or is there more involved than what I am suggesting.
