Toga Party turns to Tragedy. One man stabbed!

Actually it was a production of ‘Julius Caeser’. It’s OK, they were just actors (GOOD ONE’S THOUGH!). I just want everyone to know that I appreciate this site. It’s lowered my interest rates, turned neg geared IP’s into pos geared, changed the way I’ve invested (from ad hoc purchases into a strategy). I owe it all to one man. After seeing a few brokers I finally found a guy who was the only one who took a vested interest not only in getting me out of a one color version of twister (the low stress version)of cross calateralized property. He also followed up with my shitty property manager to ensure my property valuations were fast tracked as part of his professionalism as a broker. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Now that’s what I call a good broker! He’s on this site so I won’t tell you he’s name is Steve incase you think I’m spruiking for him. If he was a singer I’d have to say there’s only 2 people in this world. Barbara Striesand and Steve! Hell, when he came to see good ol’ George here I should have said ‘bring a cut lunch, safari suit and stay for the day!’ Five hours later my bungalow had increased at least 20% in capital growth! I’m already looking at a major cashflow positive property in regional Victoria! I’m a bit suss though. I pulled up in one town at a servo and asked for a coffee and the reply I got was ‘do you want the 500ml or the large?’ I asked, ‘how big’s the f**#ing large?’ and the guy said ‘pull your car around the back and I’ll start the pump!!!’. I won’t name the area, but I thought after that coffee, maybe I don’t want to be awake that long around here, let alone invest here. When I went inside and sat down to read the latest API magazine the waitress came up to me and asked ‘What are you reading for?’ (NOT, ‘what are you reading’???) Well I’ve never been asked that before! So I just said, ‘well one of the reasons I read is so that I don’t have to be a waitress around here! Then this guy gets up like a REAL REDNECK and towers over me and looks over to all his mates and says, ‘Well, looks like we’ve got ourselves a reader!!’ (Did I jump out of some intellectual closet???). Don’t get me wrong, I’m still looking for CF+ properties in the country but when I couldn’t see a thumb on anyone here I thought it’s best to move on! (That must really piss them off though because I’m sure all day they just watch TV with people full of opposable thumbs!!!). Anyway, a big thanks to my broker and if you don’t find a suitable area then keep looking.
