I have two jobs – I work at Australia’s no.1 Coffee shop (take a guess) and at the university of RMIT as an IT helpdesk support for staff and students.

By the way I’m NOT at all burned out by the people I help, just by the politics and beauracracy (that word!) and how the Department of Human Services puts money first and the needs of clients and workers, to best help their clients last! (Plus I was born an only twin !!!)
